Can the Up-front FHA mortgage insurance otherwise known as MIP be paid in cash or must it be financed into the FHA home loan?

 
Answer
The UFMIP must be entirely financed into the mortgage (except for any amount less than $1) or paid entirely in cash and all mortgage amounts must be rounded down to a multiple of $1.
